La Cressonne consists of 2 stand-alone gites and 4 spacious rooms (chambres). Below you will find all the facts & figures.

Chambres

  • breakfast is included and you can enjoy Liselotte’s cooking skills.
    Please note that you are not allowed to bring your own drinks and groceries in the rooms.
  • You can also use the dormitory where up to 10 people can stay. You will then receive a sleeping place with a mattress.y You need to provide your own Bed linen and bath linen. This dormitory is also ideal for groups. Bookable per night.

Hiker’s Cabin

  • 2 small hiker’s cabins with a fantastic view.
  • The cabins are suitable for 2 people.
  • You use the communal outdoor shower and toilet.
  • Bookable per night.
  • The cabins have 2 chairs and a table.

  • (Attention!! We use the internet via a 4G network with a limited data limit. Therefore, the Wi-Fi network is not suitable for your work, sending data files, photos, streaming movies and/or music, video calling (skype, facetime,…) etc. is therefore not allowed.)

These are departure and return times at La Cressonne, nearest SUP location is 5km away.

La Cressonne has 8 supboards for rent, 4 for adults for max 2 people per sup and 4 for children possibly with a backrest to be able to sit and sail as a kind of canoe.

(Reservations are required because external people can also rent the Sup’s.)

Conditions

  • Check-in/arrival at La Cressonne is possible between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM
  • Check-out/departure is possible from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the latest.
  • At La Cressonne it is wonderfully quiet to stay and we would like to keep it that way. So pay attention to noise pollution from mobile phones, radios, etc. If you want to use it, please wear a headset.
  • La Cressonne uses a septic tank. Therefore, no chemical products such as bleaches and non-biodegradable fats and oils may be used in the toilet, sink, shower and sink. Also be moderate with detergents, soaps, shower products and shampoos. This is for a better environment but also not to disturb the balance in the septic tanks.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas and in and around the swimming pool. Smokers can come and ask us for an ashtray.
  • The use of electronic equipment such as kettles, coffee makers, coolers, battery chargers (with the exception of mobile phones, tablet and laptop) are not allowed in the rooms.
  • The tourist tax must be paid on site and is €2 per person per day.

Pets

  • Pets are not allowed.

Finance

  • Your reservation is final when the rent has been paid in full, within 5 days of your request.
  • Are there any remaining costs applicable to you, such as deposit, cleaning fee. Then we ask you to pay it to us at the location, (preferably in cash).
    • The deposit is € 100,-
  • Costs resulting from breakage, careless use and/or theft of inventory and/or other property will be deducted from the deposit. If the deposit is not sufficient, costs will be charged.
  • Our account number is: BE19 9734 3213 2812 in the name of Demuynck-Vande Capelle. Please mention your name and the rental period.

Cancellation

  • In case of cancellation from the 45th calendar day (inclusive) to the 30th calendar day (exclusive) before the day of departure: 20% of the travel sum.
  • In case of cancellation from the 30th calendar day (inclusive) to the 5th calendar day (exclusive) before the day of departure: 50% of the travel sum.
  • In case of cancellation from the 5th calendar day (inclusive) until the day of departure or later: the full travel sum.
  • After your cancellation, we will refund the amount due minus €15.75 administration costs to the account from which the payment was made.

You are obliged to pay these costs to us, we therefore advise you to take out cancellation insurance before or at the same time on the day you book.

La Cressonne is committed to being environmentally conscious and zero waste

When you are in such a beautiful environment, you can only look around in amazement. Unfortunately, we are seeing more and more pollution. La Cressonne tries to break this cycle by producing as little waste as possible and separating the rest. It would be great if you would give us a hand with that. There are several containers on the site that make waste separation easy.
